First of all, I have to appologize on behalf of our restaurant that you had uncomfortable experience with our service.
We are increasing the training on our staff and as the manager of our restaurant, you have my word that you will not be served in that way any more. We deeply understand that besides good taste, good service is of same importance to our restaurant for a long-term relationship with all our customers. It is every customer like you who helped us to achieve what we have today and we respect the thought of every one of you. Please be assured that your advice is heard.
