Qing Dao, a city where the East meets West. It isn't surprising that Qing Dao is known as the city of beer and it is certenly the only place around the globe where you can see people carrying beers around the streets with their plastic bags. The German first came into Qing Dao in 1891 and brought alone their culture, technologies, religions, art and architecture. Although some historical buildings were damaged during the Japanese invasion, you can still see them standing proud and loud within the consistent changing environment.
