It's( freezing寒冷的/arid干旱的/balmy温和的/damp潮湿的/dank阴湿的/windy刮风/snowy下雨/cloudy多云) in Spring/summer/fall/winter.
And the average temperture is very low/high .In summer ,you can see the heavy rain outside the windows .In winter, white snow will be the excellent scene .
