假设你是A，老外是B。
先认识一下：
A: Hello! My name is XXX. Nice to meet you?
B: Hello! My name is XXX. Nice to meet you too!
A: Do you like living in China/our city?
or: How do you like China/our city/our company?
B: ......
A: Thank you! (如果他说好话的话）
在路上遇到了：
A: Hello, XXX! How are you?
B: Fine. How are you?
A: Fine. Nice weather, isn't it?/ What bad weather!
B: Yeah, ......
A: What's the weather like in your hometown/city?
B: ......
A: Nice talking to you! I've got to go now. See you!
B: See you!
以上是两个例子，其实生活中的话题都可以拿来和老外聊，只要注意不触犯习俗禁忌就可以了。如果老外在做什么，你可以走过去来一句：Do you need any help?/ Is there anything I can do for you?…… 然后可以谈谈hobbies, events, people...
多说“Thank you"。
