Thanks for last letter.You asked me how to improve your English.Here is some advice.

First, you can learn English by reading English books, newspaper and magazines You can practise your oral English by talking to your classmates or teachers in English in or out of class.

Second, you should remember grammar rules. It is a good way to improve your English. you can make your original sentences using the grammar. you can also take lots of grammar notes in every English class. And then, I think practcing conversations is a great way. This can improve your spoken English. At last , you can watch the English-language TV. It helped a lot.
