Pharmacist: Hi. May I help you?
Customer: Hi. I have this dry cough (干咳). It's been for a while. Do you have anything?
P: Do you have a prescription (处方)?
C: No. I don't think it's serious. And the generic medicines (一般药物) do not work. It's not a cold. I just feel itchy (痒) at the throat.
P: You can some of the cough drops (止咳糖). They are over there at the end of isle 2 (第二排).
C: Thank you, sir.
