英语翻译洗漱完毕，我淋着毛毛细雨来到食堂，

呵呵不敢当。

这是我所建议的句子，楼主可看看是否合意，或是酌情修改吧：-

I dressed up and then made my way through the drizzling rain to the dining room

或是

I dressed up and then walked through the drizzling rain to the dining room.

仅仅是觉得and then表示walked through/made my way through the drizzling rain 是在 dressed up这个动作之后。

此外，我不肯定“食堂”在原句中的形式是什么。。

Dining room = 小餐厅（指的是私人性质的餐厅，如别墅中的“进餐室”)

Dining hall = （较大的）餐厅、进餐室，不过有时也指较高级的公用餐厅

Canteen = 公用的食堂（学校食堂、公司食堂等等）

Cafeteria = 公用的餐厅
