区别在于：
in，一般的早午晚
in the morning 在早上
in the afternoon 在下午
in the evening 在傍晚
on，有修饰的早午晚或是某一天的早午晚
on cold morning 在寒冷的早晨
on Saturday afternoon 在星期六下午
on my birthday evening 在我生日的晚上
如果你看到的是onthe morning，那后面应该还有修饰或指定的日期，比如：onthemorningofDecember1st在12月1日的早上
