用1、2、3、4、5、6、7代表音阶中的7个基本音级，读音为do、re、mi、fa、sol、la、si

至于音高嘛，推荐看《音乐之声》电影，里面有首歌叫Do re mi 你一搜就能搜到，超级上口和好记的一首歌。旋律简单明朗。把这首歌练会了，音高保证没问题啦~~~
