英语中数字表达，千（thousand）,百（hundred）这些数字中什么时候加and，什么时候不用加

101-999 先说“几百”，再加and，再加某位两位数（或末尾数）：

如：

223 two handred and twenty-three

416 four hundred and sixteen

809 eight hundred and nine

简单来说就是百位数和后面的数之间（十位数，或者个位数（十位数为零时））应该加and。

103 one hundred and three

如无百位则千位和十位数之间加and，如：

1003 one thousand and three

另外，4位和4位以上的数字，是从后向前数，三位三位地读，依次为thousand, million, billion，如：

9743 nine thousand, seven hundred and forty-three

174301 one hundred and seventy-four thousand, three hundred and one

既然是三位三位地读，每三位都是从个位到百位数的，读法遵循一般规律，即在百位和十位之间（十位为零时在个位之前）加and如：

103,000 one hundred and three thousand
