用作关系代词，一般可以强调信息。
• The area where the explosion occurred was closed off by police.

•The government is at a stage where it is willing to talk to almost anyone.

WHEN 当…的时候
引导定语从句的时候，就是引导表示某事发生的具体时间的从句。放在类似于 period, time 的词后面。
•He could remember a time when he had worked like that himself.
