in the year 2000, at night, in the evening,春节用on Spring Festival, at half past two, in the morning, at noon, 在具体某一天前用On，如on Monday；in May, 月份前用in; yesterday 不用加介词，比如 I saw Lily yesterday. 昨天我看到莉莉了。去年last year，下个季度next season，下个月next month,十五年后after 15 years或者15years later,五年前5 years ago(用于过去时，如果是过去完成时的句子则用5 years before）也不用加介词。公元3世纪in the third century,将来in the future,用不了多久你可以用very soon表示，不用加介词。 主要区别就是at表示点，某个时间点比如五点钟，at 5 o'clock. 而In则表示一段时间，希望我解释清楚了。
