there will be 如果没有there就不能加be吗

there be 是存在句型，表示 “某处有某物” ，其中的 be 需要有时态的变化，
如果是现在时，要用“there is +单数名词”或“there are + 复数名词”
如果是过去时，要用“there was +单数名词”或“there were + 复数名词”
如果是将来时，要用“there will be ...”，因为助动词 will 后必须用动词原形，不是受there 的影响才用 be。
