按照往年经验来看，从今年的11月1日开始提交，截止日期是11月30日，按照12小时时差，换算成北京时间大约是12月1日中午12点。
申请的两篇文章的字数加起来不超过1000单词，题目如下（据历年申请表中的文书题目）：
UC-Los Angeles, UC-San Diego, UC-Davis, UC-Irvine, UC-Santa Barbara 11/1-11/30
