I 'm so happy to hear from you.As i know that you are not happy and fell ill,i'm also sad.there are some tips i want to show you.you can talk with foreigners,to practice your oral english.At the same time,you should find mistakes and make improve.Though you have chinese friends,making friends with foreigners is necessary.because a good neighbor is better than a brother far off.As for food,if you feel better,you can go to supermarket and buy some food,then cook yourself. the last,you should go to hospital,if necessary you can ask your teacher to come with you.wish you have a better day!
