接到电话后确认是面试电话后：
1）先感谢他能给你这个机会，然后简单问好。
2）他会问你以下问题：1，自我介绍，年龄，性格，爱好，学历，
2，为何喜欢这个工作，是否有相关经验
根据上面的问题我把你的英文修改后分为多个部分

面试的结果不会取决于你的英文有多好，关键取决于你的态度和对话的方式（服务性行业的特点）所以你的英文没有问题（如果要修改，其实有很多很多要改的）给自己点信心！
