The sales of lottery in China has been booming. It was said that the welfare and sports lotteries are to help in the country social welfare. From the graph, we can see the sales of both lotteries had been increasing since 2002. In fact the sales is double or even triple in 2008 compare to 2002. The sales is encouraging but I do hope the welfare given to the needy is encouraging too.
