Appearance
Appearance is important, but it is not everything.
A good looking person has the advantage in almost doing everything. For example, in today's recruitment market, if you are goodlooking, you will surpass lots of people as the first impression when having an interview. For a girl, appearance is vital when shen is looking for a partner in marriage. No one can resist the charm of a good looking person.
But goodlooking doesn't mean everything. You can't be a bit of a packet of grass. The character, personality,temperament and also the ability and experience account for more when judging a person. No one wants to deal with an irresponsible person even if he is goodlooing. Good manners should be cultivated as a law-abiding citizen.
Good looking can be obtained via face lifting by the advanced technology for one day while good moral characters will be cultivated gradually at least for several years. That's one of the reasons for many people to pursue a good education.
In conclusion,a good looking man is welcomed, but a good mannered person is more welcomed in this society.
