初三英语作文:中考来临,学生应怎样缓解压力

Student in grade nine is going to take the Zhongkao Exam. But it is not useful for them to have stress. This is also bad. However, how to reduce these stress? Here are some advice.

First, forget it. Try to forget the exam is useful. If you can't, just do something else to help you, such as playing or chatting.

Second, keep doing sports everyday. Doing sport is not only good for our health but also an important part of reducing stress. When you are doing sport, you will feel excited.

At last, have enough sleep. Enough sleep will give you a clear mind. So you won't have time to have stress but do what you have to do.
