应该是倒装吧，而且是完全倒装
原来句子是 sth. is interesting.
现在倒装成interesting is sth. 完全倒装了
interesting 现在扩充点，变成equally interesting ，
然后再加个 in the Southampton project修饰一下，是在哪的，
最后就变成equally interesting in the Southampton project
在这个项目里同样的重要
也就是interesting is sth.里面的interesting现在变成了equally interesting in the Southampton project
然后呢，主语sth.这里是the conviction 这个信念，信仰
that students should be aware of the wider community
这是that引导的同位语从句，来同时表示conviction，表明是怎样的conviction
那么现在sth.就变成the conviction that students should be aware of the wider community
所以，interesting is sth 扩充版之后就是Equally interesting in the Southampton project is the conviction that students should be aware of the wider community了了~~
