1.移民倾向
你有亲戚在国外，本身就容易被怀疑，只有一个20W房产可能不够，还得有别的紧密社会关系，以证明你会回国。
2.费用问题
你的sponsor是亲戚没问题，需要让他写一封担保信，阐明他将负责你在美留学期间的一切学习生活费用，下面给你个模板
